What kill rate has Rafale did? Drop bomb on Taliban caveman?

MLR is like mobile ballistic missile , impossible to be taken out as demonstrated during Gulf War. They don't sit there and wait for you to bomb. They hide or station in harden bunker when not in use. Once strike enemy, they will leave and go to another new position.
