India used Russia & USA technology to go to space? Which country gave the PSLV technology to India? India made it indigenously.

Saying that India didn't invent something is absurd. India has invented a lot in the ancient times and currently the invention spree is just since 1850 with telephone being invented. The inventions increased faster since 1900s due to discovery of oil in late 19th century. So, it is not very long time back. Hence some time ia needed to catch up with the inventions and then invent further. Taking just 100-150 years into consideration while ignoring everything else is absurd.
