If Indian public is not mature or educated enough then don't you think they can also easily brainwashed by their own leaders or media. This immature public will also believe in all lies or political propaganda of their own politicians or media. Will your government also block Facebook or you tube where it is common to find overtly racist commentary ? I guess Islamic hate groups might be in first place for hate propaganda
