I am getting bored of the same news every year.
India can be a threat to Pakistan only if Pakistan does another Kargil style super duper planned attack.
Right now IMO the competition for biggest threat is between the different Taliban and the US depending on how deep the trust deficit goes.

Yes, very seriously actually. Just like they take seriously the other nincompoops like Musharraf the commando, the personificatin of Jihad Hafiz Saeed and Zaid Hamid and their mentors like Hamid Gul, Mullah Naik, the national philosopher Hasan Nisar, Mullah fasadi Dr. Israr and other like minded characters.

But atleast we see that what is happening is PA/ISI want to improve relations with the US. So they want to get this discredited "Jihadi" who has never actually gone a fought a war anywhere to focus the anti-US anger into anti-India.

Although I think this time, he will find it hard. US is considered enemy no.1 in Pakistan by a huge margin atleast according to a 2011 poll. So he will have to give a few more hate speeches to people who admire his "Charity work" before he can sell his baloney. Afterall, it is not India that is bombing FATA with drones.

Did you know that PA has been responsible for killing 300,000 Bangladeshis and 1000s of rapes as written in the Army officer commissioned Hamoodur Rehman report? Do you know that PA officer Gen. Zia ul Haq was commanding soldiers that resulted in the massacre of upto 20,000 Palestinians in the Black September event when Jordanian soldiers themselves refused to put down the revolt?

Would it be fair to say now that you should stop loving PA because of this?

And rest assured Indian Muslims DO NOT NEED YOUR HELP. We can take care of ourselves just fine. The more "some" Pakistanis try to "help" with people like Ajmal Kasab or LeT or HuJI and other groups in Kashmir, the more problems they cause for them.

And do you know who is his second wife? Its sad that you don't know about that. She is a widow of "Azad Kashmiri" who was incited by him to go and die in Kashmir.

Atleast tell me this, why has he never fought a war himself? Not in Afghanistan, not in KAshmir . Think about this, and you will see the right path insha Allah.

These type of opinoinators are just creating problems for us, People like them created problem for us in Musharaf era... and supported U.S related thoughts.. In simple "now there opinion doesn't matters all these double nationality containers are just outsiders for us".

What wrong has he said? Let's see:

- Focus on education
- De-radicalization
- Society building

What "offensive" or "problematic" issue do you see in any of these? The guy is an American of German/Egyptian origin and even if he doesn't belong to this part of the world, as a forum member he's entitled to post his recommendations. And positively enough, there's only good stuff he's mentioned above.

Honestly, we are not too keen on friendship either. But it is just that this man is pushing Pakistani society further into worse case scenario whereby people will get even more radicalized. It won't do us any harm because if at all there is threat to us, we will deal with radicals in standard fashion. But since his followers are staying on your side of the border, there is going to be trouble in your society for no reason as radicalization increases.
