India asks Pakistan to keep UN out of Kashmir

How much can you misconstrue???
Nothing to misconstrue - Modi Sarkaar is essentially reduced to begging Pakistan not to raise the Kashmir Dispute in the UN.
Replace Pakistan with India and vice versa in your post :coffee:
If it had been the Pakistani government ranting about "jaw breaking response" & "we have sword and shield now" and"we have answered with a bullet" blah blah blah, then perhaps I could have replaced India with Pakistan in my post, but since it is the Indian government that has engaged in all this childish rhetoric, my post is accurate and fine the way it is.
It was your men who provoked Indian army on diwali again.
We Understand that there are 100s of trained militants waiting across the border for an Opportunity to cross borders and enter India and ergo the provocation.
We understand your plethora of feelings!! :haha:
Oh really? Pakistani soldiers "provoked on Diwali"? Even if this allegation was true, it only further supports my point that Modi Sarkaaaar's ranting and raving about "jaw breaking response, answer with bullet, we have a sword and a shield" is nothing but pointless chest thumping to brainwash the Indian electorate, since Pakistan is not subdued, it is not restrained and will respond to fire with fire.

Sorry, but this is case of "heads Pakistan wins, tails India loses", and you only have that genocidal, war-mongering and ranting BJP government to blame for putting India in this situation.

Begging??
You gotta be kidding me!
I thought UN said a big fat NO to Pakistan's request to intervene. Lolzz
This is why I said you misconstrue things.

Lol
Yeah he did say that and adroitly!!
Because if you dont know its your men who 've confessed that they love provoking the Indian army like the one quoted by Capt sambal in his diary which was captured by IA.

For once your army and government should start concentrating on the storm brewing inside Pak and stop the border skirmishes.
But then I dont expect your army to understand a language which is not adorned by bullets and bombs.

Now if you dont believe me then you can check the months every year when such skirmishes takes place on the border, which should then prove my point that this is done to facilitate the terrorists cross the borders before the winters set in.

Somehow Indians are more pragmatic and we dont ride high on emotions when we are voting.
Modi's government got an absolute majority in the Indian parliament which means that he also got the votes of minorities which should then also mean that had Modi been involved in a genocide or if the ppl believed so then he would 've never got the kinda landslide victory that he did get eventually.
It's just that for nearly a decade Pakistan was used to an Indian PM who kept his mouth sealed and now that Modi has started to reply back adroitly, Pak has started to get uncomfortable.

This is why I said you misconstrue things.
First, Pakistan did not request a UNGA or UNSC session to debate and pass resolutions on the recent LoC violations by India, therefore the Indian argument that "Pakistan requested UN intervention over the recent LoC violations", beyond UNMOGIP's existing mandate, is just outright false and a figment of the Indian media's fevered imagination.

Second, the UN has already intervened in the Kashmir dispute, requested by the Indian government in fact, when it passed UNSC Resolutions on the Kashmir Dispute, and since the bilateral approach has failed (with the Modi government itself primarily responsible by virtue of canceling the recent talks), Pakistan has chosen to revert to her original position of resolving the Kashmir dispute via the EXISTING UNSC Resolutions, which is what India is now whining and begging Pakistan to stop doing.
Lol

I have no clue what the nonsense in your post above was, or how it was relevant. It's simple - the BJP government took the initiative to start warmongering and start ranting and raving in the media with their ridiculous statements about "jaw breaking response etc", so since that "jaw breaking response" has obviously failed (given continued Pakistan return of fire), my comments earlier are accurate and fine.
For once your army and government should start concentrating on the storm brewing inside Pak and stop the border skirmishes.

Wah! This is another classic example of an Indian fail - once I pointed out that the mere fact that the Indian media was accusing Pakistan of continuing to "violate the ceasefire, even on Diwali!" means that Modi's so called "jaw breaking response" has been an utter failure, you resort to jump around and talk about anything by the fact that Modi's ranting has resulted in a PR failure for India. Either Modi is lying about his so called "jaw breaking response", or the Indian military is lying to Modi about their "jaw breaking response", since, per Indian media reports themselves, the "violations of the ceasefire by Pakistani forces continue unabated". In most cases a "jaw breaking response" means that the the other side has been silenced, and obviously Modi has failed in doing that, and exposed himself as a fool with all his childish rhetoric and threats (that Pakistan has laughed and dismissed outright).
Somehow Indians are more pragmatic and we dont ride high on emotions when we are voting.
The Indian media reaction to Modi's childish tantrums and threats does not justify that claim.
Modi's government got an absolute majority in the Indian parliament which means that he also got the votes of minorities which should then also mean that had Modi been involved in a genocide or if the ppl believed so then he would 've never got the kinda landslide victory that he did get eventually.

Actually, Modi has been a gift in terms of PR for Pakistan - he and his BJP leadership have been ranting and raving like fools, and their threats have been SHOWN to be useless with Pakistan continuing to respond in kind to Indian military provocations across the LoC/IB. His cancellation of the bilateral dialog allowed Pakistan to shrug her shoulders and revert back to the UNSC Resolutions, while also inviting the international community and independent observers to take note of Indian violations of the ceasefire, while India continues to rant and rave and issue threats while blocking any independent monitoring of the situation. All of this has made Pakistan come across as the responsible and rational party, with Modi's genocidal, war-mongering credentials being bolstered.

I pity you for the paucity of information you hold.
It was the adviser to Pakistani Prime Minister,Sartaj Aziz who appealed to UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon for "assistance".
Now thats something that came in YOUR media and was a news shared by reuters...which I guess should be credible enough source. Dont believe me???

I'm not surprised...you're uninformed or just pretend to be so.

Let me repeat it Muhammad Maaz Ullah Khan Sumbal of 8 Northern Light Infantry of Pakistan had gone on to confess in his diary that your men do provoke Indian army.

Is that a new word you've learnt??? "jaw breaking" ??
Gaawd! every other sentence in your post has that word.
I would've suggested you to ppractice that word on a notebook instead of trying it on me a 100 times. :P

So back to topic...
Are you even aware of whats recommended by UN???
First of all let me make it clear that resolutions passed under Chapter VI of UN charter are considered non binding and have no mandatory enforceability that should be the reason why Pakistan never took it seriously. When it was passed in 1948 then it had a part A and Part B.The part A clearly asks the govt of Pakistan to withdraw from the State of Jammu and Kashmir its tribesmen and Pakistani nationals who're not normally resident of J&K. As of yet pakistan has done ZILCH about it.
Now do you put the cart before the horse????
So your point that
Pakistan to shrug her shoulders and revert back to the UNSC Resolutions
makes no sense at all.

I did not expect you to be a teenager masquerading here as a Mr. know it all.Your posts 're childish to say the least and your grudge against Modi is evident.
Modi may or may not be involved in Gujarat riots but then nobody found him with his hands inside the cookie jar and ergo hes free.
Btw while the case was going on, Modi's nemesis Congress was in power and i'm sure they wanted him behind the bars. But if he has escaped the central government's claws then its because there was no genuine case against him....be assured.
So thats about it....
But frankly I wasnt expecting a post with recycled words and of zero value from you. Better do your homework before making a post next time.
