Best ? Take 10 , 18 year olds from the best schools in top 10 richest nationa each. And let them compete for 1st round of JEE Mains examinations , without reservations none of them will even clear the first level ( means 2.5 Lakh ranks ) forget about next level.

Get this fact up your grey matter , no nationality will be able to compete with a 18 year Indian which has completed/ is completing secondary education in India.

Remember no one beats us at schooling , especially at Science.

If that is the case why not take the kids of the diplomats in first world nations like the USA or Uk or Australia etc out of school as well? Heck atleast take the kids out of school in third world nations. Why single out Pakistan?
