India and USA to protect Vietnam from China

There is no advantage for India to build a permanent naval base in South china sea.Instead if we can heavily strenghthen the andaman base,then we can easily control the malaca strait and blockade the chinese tankers and merchant vessels in a time of hostily,thus putting great pressure on them.Besides,from the strategic Mumbai and Kadamba naval base the Gwadar and karachi can be blockaded,denying the chinese ships from entering the herbours.

Even china is trying to encircle us , so we do .
Good relations with Vietnam and Japan, we can have timely exercises with these navies.
A stick can be broken easily but not many.
Even many wont agree this , it will be the meeting point of Anti China with China.
China will think again if at all it wants to attack India or Vietnam.

which is precisely why we are doing this.... If china was halfway across the world, we wouldnt care what they do..... But they are here and they are a threat to indian security and sovereignity, and to counter them we need to project power and protect the few friends we have in this region

But US is inside you!!!
