Indian's ignorance always surprise me.I still remember many years ago when I first came to this forum I found many indians were mocking the pollution in china but even at that time India's pollution had gone more serious than China
I guess they simply wish to run away from bitter reality at home by pointing fingers at others. A lack of inward-looking and self-reflection.
Everytime, the Indians say the Chinese pollution, cheap product, stolen technology bla bla. To be honest, it is really ironic.
This actually reflects a very deeply-seated insecurity. It is almost sad. Almost sad because it concerns the life and welfare of almost 1.3 billion people.
But but but India is a democracy. Air in India must be better than air in China as India is a democracy and China is communist.
Indians think when you change the title of something, the nature will change, as well. For example, you begin to call India a super power, and it becomes a super power. Or, you call India a democracy, and it gets a democracy (whatever it is, as there is not a single form of democracy).
Though India is a much worse case of air pollution, its government has largely escaped the scrutiny from the west, and it has not been under the heavy domestic pressure either. In a sense, China should thank international MSM for its biased criticism. Majority of Indians yet to be awaken.
Yes, this is the reverse impact on China of the reports (often exaggerated) by international MSM. Obviously, the Western media did not have the best interests of the Chinese people when they criticized unfairly but it turned out to be so because China is able to use others' negative energies to create something positive. Or, use their negative energies against them.
So, they can be hostile or friendly to China, the result will be decided by China, not by them.
India, on the other hand, relies heavily on false perceptions created by others. In this sense, India is not an agency, but a product of structure.
