What Nepali earthquake has to do with my belief. From where did you get this great knowledge deriveing this conclusion. I can guise but i want to hear that from you.

these questions will arise in the minds of any person of sensibility...

you propagate a approx 2900 year old system of mysticism ( prayer, festivals, superstition, blind hope in divinity, precise names and numbers of gods etc )... did all that idolating and praying help the nepal temples save themselves or the people who go there daily?? approx 10,000 people may have died in a instant in a small country full of temples.

maybe four days ago was a thread where many indians members condemned the great tipu sultan just because he broke some temples... the nepal earthquake has brought down many temples, so will these indian members now insult the earthquake??

sadly, this system is present in other cultures as well, and especially in various forms throughout south asia.

you propagate a system which allowed 69 people died of hunger in the tea estates of darjeeling while the nearest temples had the idols being offered banana, sweets and washed in the mornings with milk and curds and ghee.

Not insulting Hinduism or any religion .
I think humanity should come first , what is the point in wasting all that food on an idol (not insulting ) , when humans are dying of hunger or are in need of these resources .

Hinduistilcally speaking 'Nobody dies, nobody kills' the body is merely a vessel the consciousness is immortal, read a freaking book once a while. The so called 2900 year old culture and religion talks about 'energies' which no man-made abrahamic religions do hence the rituals. You are just a insecure fellow who hides his insecurities behind the mask of Socialism or why else you will rant anti-India/Hindu cr@p on a thread that is titled 'India an emerging power'

Those mysticism never claim that it will save them from Natural calimity. When you put forward this argument< you simply ridicule yourself. All what you wrote is for living a beautiful life. It is evident from the fact that inspite being very poor , they live happily and do not kill each other like theose middle east oil rich Arbs the follower of Desert religion.

What else can you say to those who destroy the shrine of others. For Wahabis like you, he may be great but no civilized people can justify what he did. Civilized world do not measure the greatness out of the destruction they carried out and genocide they did but the creation they did. Only believers of Desert religion take pride and measure greatness in destruction and genocide. Even they does that today.

Food is not wasted on idol. It is distributed as Prasad which everybody (Irrespective of cast and economic status) takes and consume for the blessing of almighty. Nobody is special but all are equal against almighty.

okay, coconuts ( copra ) are broken and distributed as prashad, so will be some halwa, but even then that is not enough to remove someone's hunger... it is waste.
