Recently they allow Indian Govt, Army to genocide of Kashmiri Muslims at least for next two more weeks.

India becomes a joke, they are just inches away to build Nazi like concentration camps to kill Muslims in masses.

Indian justice system is far from being a perfect one. This is unfortunate and plain injustice. And I am sure the victim's family will move to higher court.

All six accused were caught on cellphone camera but a trial court in Alwar said the video was not admissible.

The disturbing video of the mob assault, which went viral, helped the police identify and arrest some of the accused.

But that Pehlu Khan did not name the accused in his initial statement to the police left room for doubt, according to defence lawyer Hukam Chand Sharma.

The court also noted what it felt were contradictory reports on how he died. While the post-mortem said he died of his injuries, doctors at the government hospital said a heart attack was the cause.

I don't understand what amuses you here. But in the same justice system, I have seen muslim accused of murdering a hindu have been set free due to lack of evidences. This particular incident might suit your agenda. So you are free to interprete it as your own will.

BJP Government which ruled the State in 2017 when this incident happened deliberately botched up the prosecution. Currently, the state has a Congress government which will go in appeal to higher court.

Indian justice system is far from being a perfect one. This is unfortunate and plain injustice. And I am sure the victim's family will move to higher court.

I hope that the case is transferred to the state's High Court or the Supreme Court or even the CBI.

Indian Muslims killed hundreds of hindus in 2008 and 2013 hyderabad blasts...no...indian muslims are no different from pakistani muslims...they share same traits and character..its just that there is a strong hindutva govt at the centre which is making it impossible for them to cause any riots or explode bombs.

On the topic...I seriously condemn this shabby trial and acquittal of the culprits...but every person who seeks justice in this case shouldnt lose heart...there is high court...i.am sure the culprits will be punished(the courts cant do anything if the witnesses dont come forward...the witnesses who recorded the video in this case have backed out)

Those Indian Muslims still thinks two nation theory is / was not correct are G@andus, they deserve good beating from Sanghi mobs.

Indian Muslims can be broadly divided into three categories. Firstly, the one who openly rejected two nation theory, adopted secularism and joined Hindus. Surely, they are traitors and will be Inshallah held accountable. Secondly, those who are just ignorant or illiterate (Jahil) having no sense of nationhood or separate identity. We shouldn't blame these poor souls as they dont have the intellectual capacity or capability to understand this fact. Thirdly, those who believe in two nation theory but didn't able to come to Pakistan due to prevailing circumstances. They left stranded in Hindu Maharashtra with little choice. So, we shouldn't blame them either.

Indian Muslims have come a long way since partition. Majority of them are absorbed in Indian society and they now have stakes in well being of their India. Nevertheless, they are Muslims and they are our biggest future investment in India. We have changed our state narrative since Musharraf, from Islam to secularism. We are now getting more closer to secular narrative of the west, which is proving to be detrimental to our cause. If we want to attract and encourage Indian Muslims to our cause then we have to go back to our original narrative.

Not accepting the fact of separate Muslim nationhood is a big mistake on the part of some Indian Muslims. However, they still are Muslims and our brothers. Criticize them, but dont insult them with foul language. We will be held responsible in afterlife for this act. Just a humble request/advice.
