The difference is that Balochistan is regarded as Pakistan's territory by the whole world, but Kashmir is a disputed territory as per UN mandates. So I don't see why anyone would equate Balochistan with Kashmir. I think the Indian government should let the magazine show Kashmir divided as Pakistan Administered Kashmir, Indian Administered Kashmir & Chinese Administrative Kashmir. It is reflective of the ground realities. What point is the Indian government trying to prove when it shows the whole Kashmir as India's, when clearly India has no control past the LOC?

We are not talking about the 'whole world' are we?

We are talking about the map which Economist printed ..where J&K, Balochistan and India-China border is regarded as disputed.
If they are right about J&K and Indo -China border..why should special consideration be given to Balochistan ..just because it is a part of Pakistan?

Besides you should be happy about this censorship. The very same map also showed Baluchistan as a disputed region. You already have millions of Indians harping on about Baluchistan issue as it is, you don't want more Indians to know about this issue trust me. If Pakistan was not busy with all the terror attacks in their country am sure they would have taken up the issue with the economist too.

India doesn`t. Because the whole of Kashmir has been ceeded to India by then king of KASHMIR. Is that clear? Its not been invaded right after partition just like what Pak did.

If one go by documents,Whole Kashmir belongs to India, but not to a ran away child like Pak and who later claims the ownership becos he was given birth due to the same dad.
