LOL. 35% of the population is already Hindu. The Doyni-Polo animists are another 30 million. So AP is already Hindu. 60% of Assam is Hindu. 85% of Tripura is Hindu. The rest of the states have a population density of hardly 1-2 million each. So what made you figure that NE is not Hindu already? You are smoking some very dangerous stuff there.
