Your own post confirms Modi and Jashoda got married when Modi was 13 years old and Jashoda was 11 years old.

This is purely a Ritual marriage and the actual marriage does not take place till "Gauna". Gauna is the ceremony in ADULTHOOD when the now grown up children decide on consummation of their marriage.

ONLY AFTER Gauna Ceremony is the marriage considered complete and Real and is REGISTERED Legally as a Marriage.

Narendra Modi did not have the Gauna ceremony and he left home on the day of Gauna and took sanyas.

When he came back home after a few years he found his now child bride living in his house and told her he is freeing her from this marriage since he wants to be a Sanyasi (Hermit) and dedicate his life for others and not be tied down to one person.

When Modi was 17 he express the desire to take SANYAS i.e. Renunciation of the world and become a Sanyasa like his Hero Swami Viekananda or Buddha.

This put his family in shock and they were determined to change his mind so they asked Jashoda to come be his wife even though she was still a MINOR and not yet legally allowed to have conjugal relationship with him.

That is how she ended up in Modi's home. There was no new "marriage since the marriage ceremony was already over when she was 11 years old.

There is no "proof" of Modi's marriage since it is neither legal or registered.

Modi just stated his status as "married" in his election document due to his sympathy to the women who claims to be his "wife".

He could very well have declared himself unmarried, only he did not do to to honor her social status and feelings.

It just goes to show the kind of Gentle and Honorable man he really is. One can always twist this to show him as "manipulative" and 'evil'. It all depends on the lense you wear.

Jashoda now gets security as his "wife", but not legal status as his wife because like I said, the marriage has no Legal status since it is not registered nor were the people involved adults.
