Are you people in a position to talk when your own army had been hiding causality figures for the last 15 years.

Over 5,600 Indian Army Soldiers Killed by Pakistan Army and its Muslim Militant Allies along LoC since 2001

A total of 5,674 soldiers of the Indian Army have been killed by fire from the Pakistan Army in ceasefire violations along the Line of Control (LoC) since 2001, and by Kashmiri Muslim terrorists supported by Pakistan, according to the Indian Army.

Of this total, 4,500 army soldiers died at the hands of the Pakistan Army while 1,174 soldiers died in clashes with Muslim terrorists supported by Pakistan.

It is unclear if this death toll includes fatal casualties suffered by India's Border Security Force (BSF), the world's largest border defense unit, which also patrols the LoC. There are 16 BSF battalions operating in Jammu and Kashmir.

The death toll will certainly exceed 6,000 if BSF fatalities are included.

This grim total of 5,674 means Pakistan and Pakistan supported militants have killed one jawan per day along the LoC in Jammu and Kashmir from 2001 until 2016. The disclosure by the army, however, did not state the exact time frame covered by this death toll

Atleast they didn't say they were mercenaries and let the enemy bury them like ISPR and pakistani army did during the kargil..

The day Geo,DAWN ,Express tribune started writing against army they Know what happens to them

See, this is where actually knowing what you are claiming before you claim it comes in handy. All three of these media sources regularly write against the military. You must stop seeing us through your own Indian prism, we do not label people who question as anti-national.

OT:

Last time when there were 8 Indian soldiers killed at the LOC we heard questions of the sort:

1) Where is the proof?
2) Where are the pictures?
3) How did the PA know about the numbers when they were sitting all the way across the LOC?

Can the Indians please answer these questions themselves?

I think the IA soldiers can't tell the difference between troops and civilians- or think that every soldier ducking under fire died.

Either way, after the surgical strikes fiasco- no Indian source can be trusted. Foreign media will basically copy reports out of India so I would even weigh those with a bucket of salt.

A nation that lies to its own people as an ethical practice where its population can't tell the difference between snapchat and snapdeal.. meh
So you will only believe what ISPR says..... Or is there any other source you may would like to believe in?

. . .
So far, we only have Indian reports on this story which as far as we are concerned are usually fiction
Until an independent source can verify it, this is closed as it is going nowhere beyond the debate on the veracity of the claims
