Now, where did you get that idea from? No reference to US media here. This is a GoI ranking and nothing to do with US media.

There is no such thing as powerful nation ranking in the world, and no such stupid rankings are recognized by any state. But here, India's own SM Krishna is not only endorsing, but also propagating his own ranking! I hope the people act smartly in the coming elections.

I think most Indians are sane. Going by the report posted, I read the comments, and most Indians know exactly how bad their condition is.

no u r wrong. the word "bad" is relative in nature. we r not bad. i wd say we r improving with time. there is plenty of work to be done in the field of infrastructure, health care and education. i wdnt say we r bad.

on topic, i dont believe in these rankings. for me they r just a publicity stunt by magazines/companies/individuals.

So the 5th powerful nation on earth is going to exchange pirates with hostages.Looking at past Indian history its quite possible that 5th powerful nation will dance to the tunes of pirates same way freedom fighters made India dance to its tune after Indian airlines hijacking and got ghazi Azhar masood released :)

consider a person a freedom fighter when to release him form an indian prison people have to play with 150 innocent lives such a shame that he was give free entry in pakistan
