KARACHI: After winning World T20 final, West Indies jumped to second position of International Cricket Council (ICC) T20 ranking, Geo News reported on Monday.

According to the details, West Indies played 16 matches got 1,450 points. Sri Lanka remained top on the list and got 1524 points.
Pakistan is on 6th on the list. It is pertinent to mention that Pakistan was on 3rd place before ICC World T20 final.

India, England and South Africa are 3rd, fourth, fifth on the list.

i dont get it lankans lost the final they are still up we lost the semi final we are down to 6th man the icc ranking sucks the only one i like is the test ranking since it changes after a series not one match today they are up tommorow we win three t20 matches we will be up if india wins they will be up so on so on anyway the whole ranking system needs improvement

Its time India follows the policy it started in 2007, replacing Dhoni with a younger captain in T 20... It should be a completely new team with young players... Kohli should be the captain with Ashwin as Vice captain...

Its not about conspiracy ...think logically ..before this tournament pakistan was ranked higher than india ..pakistan finished tournament in 3rd or 4th position and india 5th to 6th ...but after tournament india ranked higher than pakistan!!! Something crazy with the ranking system itself ..

analyse T20 world cup . India lost 1 match , Pak lost 2 match(even though they entered in semifinal)........

Pakistani team did nothing but spoiled their record by entering in semifinal They just got one more defeat....
