You are so right. Especially in east Germany, we have some problems.

No offence but in Germany the reported rape rate per 100,000 people is relatively high than in India
Tells a lot about Germany.

I don't know the rate. But I don't think that every rape in India will find his way in any statistic. Do you have any source about your claim?
