You denied your own previous comment. We take accession of Kashmir to India as the justifiable claim, Pakistan have no document to claim Kashmir.

We are not talking of anything legal or under UN as such - you think China's claims are legal or that they will win any territory in the UN? we claim what was ours for centuries. Some Indians look at Pakistan and East Pakistan as artificial entities made from lands that belongs to other nations.

It's not India that's artificial, it's Pakistan that is - by taking land from Baluchistan, India and Afghanistan. The owners property needs to be returned now.

My dear by this logic Modern India also have only 67 year of history ..... you can't claim for British India or Mughal Empire , or any other 'India' if that ever existed ..... Modern India is just the outcome of some of the events of history ...... Who knowns history take which course in the future .....

BTW History teaches us In South Asia historical events follow the course from 'west to east' .......
