Let the private companies do the production job . .

let DRDO/HAL shift their complete focus on R&D only.

in this way. . we can manage both the production rate and R&D at a good pace

That's what I told in another thread. Show the Private Industry Money. For example order at least 100 of those, so that their morale remain high and they will find enthusiasm in upgrading it or go for new type of Guns etc. And I think as per commission part (which is illegal uptill now), make it legal, so that Agents will also play for Domestic Private Industry. You cannot fully stop this. Or else you would be going around black listing the Domestic Industry also and the day will there when no body will supply us!!
