Just shoot them, and neuter the rest. These strays have now become so bold they bite people i.e. they have lost their fear of humans.
I say that as a dog lover.

These dogs have Rabies thats the cause they have no fear as such

Stray dogs have been a massive problem in Pakistan for like ever, I remember there was a program years ago in Karachi to even kill thousands of dogs but what's the point the dogs that survived had not been neutered so their population picked up again. Pakistan needs a proper system where stray dogs need to be nurtured and given to adoption if anyone want dogs, any dog that's gone mad should then be humanely put down. But I take it its not our culture generally to have dogs? maybe export some to China I hear they eat dogs there.

Too bad no longer going to be in country; otherwise would just take a jeep and a benelli tactical to go put em down. Did that for many years when hunting in the gadap area at the request of villagers.
