They were initially trained by Pakistan and won all of their battles against the soviets, as soon as the Indians started training and funding them they just could not win any battle.
Let’s hope they can fall back and use some of their excellent Pakistani training and win many battles against the Taliban now, then.
The East Pak Bangals were trained into a superb fighting machine in the Pak Military! And, they used it sabotaging and harassing the isolated East Pak garrison for 9 months during ‘71, which led to the Indian victory!
That's impossible. Once they learnt occupation and abuse of civilians from their Hindu trainers, they lost their ability of courage and standing their ground.
