What's new

In solidarity with the Hindu/Indian posters here on Defence.PK

Hey mate, thank you for taking time to basically introduce yourself on this forum. I welcome you. When i first joined this forum we had alot of amazing Indian posters. two on the top of the list were @Joe Shearer and @MilSpec though i havn't seen them much for a while now. I learned alot from them. Unfortunately as the popularity of the forum increased so did the number of close-minded people on the forum who only came here to spread hatred and not really after any kind of sincere discussions and this was from both sides of the border.

Anyway i suggest that you continue to participate in discussions and if anyone trolls you just put them on the ignore list ( except me obviously ). They are not worth any time to waste on.

Don't forget to report them. We have a new Mod team and the effects are showing.

@MilSpec is part of the Think Tank; I have not been well and have been relatively inactive until a month ago. Thank you for your post that sums up things, and thank you for encouraging someone who needs to be encouraged; there are others doing the corrections, sometimes I feel rather harshly.

Give it a few months, It will be an "I told you so", not that that gives me any pleasure. Me being here is more or less is just to read outrageous threads, When something is observably funny, I post a remark, to the people I have known here specifically.
Post Article 370's sublimation I was handed a ban because one of the Mod's couldn't control his fit of rage, and then I did provide you the correspondence of where the general directions came from. Since then there was an exodus of all Indian members (what was left of them) to SF. The defense-related real discussion has an outlet where I do not have to deal with constant abuse. Me being here once in a blue moon is to keep up with a general sense of Naya-Pdf.

Umeed pe duniya qayam hai.

Let me bask in the new atmosphere as long as it lasts.

Incidentally, I took your admonition about seeing false flags everywhere very seriously, and decided that for determining false flags, it is a decision best left to the Mods; for myself, in cases of doubt, I would follow the one-post-at-a-time principle - take that member's posts one post at a time, judge each on merit.

The latter. He used to be a communist here until I confronted him and he failed to differentiate between communism and socialism. He also believed that China and Russia are "hardcore" communist countries.

Since then he talks of him being a left liberal guy. Addresses Indians as "You Indians" and what not. I have friends studying in Jnu who are as leftist as your LUMS guys but none of them would talk about selling the country. At least the JNU lot wont. He is one of your own.

It shouldn't, and it isn't. Everybody knows that there is that handful of Kashmiri Muslims who have taken to the gun. Everybody also knows that without the constant reinforcement and subsidisation and guidance from across the LOC, the violence would collapse in less than a week.
^
What a blatant display of typical Bharati jingoism. You are nothing but a Nehruvian majoritarian shamelessly defending brutal occupation in spite of independent reporting of systematic human rights abuses carried out by the Indian state machinery; by pining the entire blame of "rebels" and violence on Pakistan whilst ignoring the violence unleashed on civilians by your state forces. Iron handed approach never works but it seems that you haven't been able to learn any lesson from your experience in Kashmir and are content with blaming Pakistan for the crisis which is your own doing. Whatever has happened in the vale over the past few decades is nothing but an inevitable consequence of Delhi's self-defeating policies.
the violence would collapse in less than a week.
Only the violence (read resistance) by armed rebels (as per your opinion). Since the violence against civilians carried out by the Indian state is not violence as per your highness?

Its simple for you Delhi imperialists:
They kill us, its violence; We kill them(inc civilians), its great glorious global counter terror crusade.

You just need to hate Muslims and say Kashmir is India's and they will start loving you all over again.
This is what I meant when I talked about Indian Muslims and Muslim Indians in the other thread.

An Indian Muslim cares about the unity and integrity of India and will unequivocally say that Kashmir is India's. A Muslim Indian will not do so.

This is not to say that only Muslim Indians have doubts about Kashmir being Indian. Many commies (like Arundhati Roy) also say the same. I lump all of them as Anti-Nationals and Traitors to the nation.

When Kashmiris don't want to be part of India, how long can this mantra last?

At long last, you will have to get your head out of the clouds and look at the ground reality.

This was exactly the kind of mentality which led to violence and problems during partition.

India refused to read the obvious writing on the wall.

Why don't you ask what the Kashmiris want?

Why focus on what every other person except Kashmiris?

There is a Pakistani narrative and an Indian narrative. My position is clear. Any Indian should support the Indian narrative.

The reality is that even with so called support for Pakistan among Kashmiris Pakistan cant take over Kashmir militarily, The proxy war of terrorism will not give the result, and India will never hold a referendum. There is no practical case where Pakistan gets hold of Kashmir. This is not just an Indian position, this is a logical one. You may not like this, you may say that it is morally wrong, but it is the ground reality.

Why should any Indian support the Indian narrative? Does any law require that? Which part of the constitution mandates that?

And what is the Indian narrative? Kill all Kashmiris? Or is it where Indians take glee in pulverizing the Kashmiris? Or wait, is it where Indians get all giddy that they can get Kashmiri girls?

It is not reality. Pakistan can and most likely will get into a military confrontation with India in the near future over Kashmir.

It is only the wishes of Kashmiris, on both sides, that matter.

British also thought they will never leave the subcontinent, but alas they had to eventually after a century and more of bloodshed.

No occupier can remain successful indefinitely.
