'In China, Indians are perceived as enemies'

of course India is Chinese No. 2 enemy. (well, Uncle Sam just want to Occupy that Goldern chair of No.1)

You guys should take caution from someone's smiley dagger.

If that were classified as a village. Imagine how much bigger it needs to be in order to classify as a "city." lol *joking

Don't know whether this is big enough.

You are a moron for thinking India is an enemy after 1000's of yrs of courtship, trade, and friendship. You really things have all of sudden? if so, dwell a little deeper to find out why?

It was India that struck the first blow in 1959, by hosting our largest separatist group, and then in 1962 with the Forward Policy. Before that, there were no real problems between China and India.

Here is my village. :coffee:

Yep, one on one and face to face, they are not on the same league with us.

But backstabbing is just another matter.

Well, that's your view but in our civilization, if somebody asks for asylum we give it. We have kept true to our word by not letting them join active politics and not supporting or vitiating the atmosphere to something violent. I understand that this is not friendly but it would help the Chinese if they stop calling people like Dalai terrorist and do something about the self-immolation happening in Tibet.

India has no moral authority to talk about this after proliferating Nuclear technology to N Korea and Pakistan. :)

No you didn't. The Tibetan government in exile already admitted themselves that they were training anti-Chinese militants in the 1960's.

You guys struck the first two blows in 1959 and 1962, you only complain because you lost the war.

You also give them poisoned daggers and guns and grenades for them to go back to kill. And you call that a civilization?

Could you cite some evidence other than the communist mouthpiece newspapers? Both were justified and yes 62 was a misadventure, even if for a just cause, without enough preparation.

Many Chinese people never seen the Indian civilization as a hostile civilization, but only the current Indian government has been brainwashed by the West.

All the conflicts between China and India were occurred during the modern era, where the West was indeed involved behind the scene.

All this 1962 border conflict was caused by that damn Mcmahon Line.

Last time I checked CIA was still the intelligence agency of US. :) I would concede to you that US would have wanted to destabilize before Kissinger and company normalized relations.

India stands true to its words. :) :agree:

No you didn't.

Didn't you read the New York Times report? The Tibetan government in exile themselves admitted they were training anti-Chinese militants in the 1960's onwards.

Where do you think the Tibetan government in exile is based? On Indian soil.

How long can you keep justifying your actions based on 1959 ? Any country with a liberal outlook will allow peaceful political activity of any group that feels genuinely threatened in its homeland.
