Totally different context, our stance on TTP was always the same (army wanted war/fought war and government wanted peace talks), Indians are the ones who took a U-turn
now go make peace with "pakistan controlled taliban"

US changed stance a year or two ago to start talks with taliban, they became more serious on taliban talks now and that doesn't mean Taliban won't continue attacks on NATO or ANA, remember taliban want complete US army withdrawal to engage in dialogue and look for a political solution.
