Why should it matter? Is there any ethnic pride involved? The only ones who take this seriously IMO- are those who carry their ethnic cultural baggage back to UK. Feeling of superiority/pride that too based on ethnicity is clearly NOT allowed in islam. Can't muslims whether PAK/BD/ind/turk or arab get along even in a multicultural society like UK? When they pass laws targeting muslims they don't differentiate between BD or PAK origin? They only see your name/headscarf or beard. That's your identity.

Pulling ahead of Pakistani's atleast in Britain..and in a few decades will make Bangladesh itself better than Pakistan economically.
