Well, I think these things often take care of themselves as the economy grows. But the problem with South Asian countries is that they are highly corrupt, and often greatly mismanaged by officials who get into power in roundabout ways, usually resulting from vote rigging, voter intimidation of the poor, and so on. Yes, Bangladesh definitely needs a decentralizational development plan, outward from city centers or else everyone will descend into those central areas, creating huge overpopulation and all the associated problems that come with it. I do think we somehow need to bring Bangladesi population down to a more manageable 100m -120m, given that we are not blessed with a very big geographical area.
