S Korea is similar to USA where many kinds of corruptions are legalized.

For instance, S&P rated those bankrupted companies as AAA because they get paid by doing so; For instance, CEO bankrupted his company yet still gets huge bonus...

That's one of the differences.

Speaking of "legally" corrupt..........just for people's FYI, in America, Congressman are allowed to do insider-trading legally. And the rest of the citizen cannot and will be punish severely (such as libor case)

all chinese officials are corrupt. they serve for money, don't care about their ppl.
 
if true,catch and kill them.then there will be fewer corruptions.
