In 14 Countries, Most People Had Poor Opinion On China: Pew Research Survey

South Korea GDP is 60% of India GDP.

South Korea is closer to India than they realize. They should not worry about getting ahead of China since they'll need to increase GDP by 5x to do so even if China stood still.

Now South Korea also has F-35s and Sejongs DDG.

India vs. South Korea militarily is a tossup. Nobody knows what can happen.

They should worry about being overtaken by South Korea.

India vs South Korea militarily is favouring South Korea too. I doubt the South Korean military is as incompetent as the Indian military.

Yes boycott chinese goods, buy Vietnam goods! I like chinese foods, but we can forget the rest. Major exports from China are electronics. Once western companies shift them out chinese electronics exports will shrink by 90 percent minimum.
LMAO... China's export's to GDP ratio is one of the lowest in the world, unlike vn, which is more than 100%...
Electronics only account for around 30% of the total value, which is NOT majority, and still, this include electrical equipment, e.g., the electrical generators used to generate 90% of electricity in vn and in india... Other main exports include machinery, nuclear reactor, rolling stocks, etc, etc,... such as this one, and indians hate China but love vn, according to you, they should buy such machines from the beloved vn, lol, instead of just buying women underwear and bras? right? LMAO...

Ok keep writing Vietnam in small letter. I said electronics are major items. Not majority. I know well the structure of chinese economy. Sure, you have lots people hence for you it’s lots easier to build a big domestic market.

From around 1980's to 2008. It's the west that pushed China into WTO, gave favorable trade deals, collaborations at different levels.

The west created this Frankenstein lol.
It's fair competition, they also made massive amount of money from China, no one does things for charity, you can claim that Britain created Frankenstein US and see if Americans care.

But what does it matter? China will still find support in Sierra Leone or the Congo.

The Pew report said that across the nations surveyed, a median of 61 percent of respondents said China had done a bad job dealing with the outbreak, while 37 percent believed it had done a good job.

Rather than assessing how China have dealt with the coronavirus, I think this survey more aptly reflects other countrys' confidence level in China's transparency.

China has reported 0 local transmissions for many days. It must have done among the best, but yet so many still believe they done a bad job. The only logical explanation is that many don't trust China's figures.

So the more thoughtful question is why so many developed countries, especially China's closest neighbors, have a fundamental distrust in China.

Because the vast majority of Westerners are tool people who have no independent thinking and are manipulated by the media.

China is now fully resuming production and tourism, but Westerners are still being manipulated by the media.

Any trust in the US is due to the US's overwhelming strength and fear. For example, the US was rated lower than China. Yet what do the headlines say? Because they are fearful of offending the US.

Why does Japan trust the US despite Japan being conquered by the US, then having Toshiba dismantled by the Plaza Accord? Because Japan has accepted a position of inferiority and it has no choice but to trust the US.

Without providing fair market access to western companies. Nobody took money out of China they put money into China, enjoyed the cheap labor, unregulated extraction from nature, at the expense of the environment, in a way China suffered but the catch is your economic boom.

This has reached a point where the Chinese started to subsidize their exports, effectively killing local industries in different countries, your unfair trade practices take more than a book to write about. But, China is not in anyway victim here. You're a threat to the global economy as well as security. Hopefully, we undermine you before your powers grow out.

Hypocrisy at its best.

In all, 14,276 adults were polled by telephone.
People replied on Phones that were "Made in China".

The countries surveyed https://www.pewresearch.org/global/...-china-reach-historic-highs-in-many-countries were Australia, Belgium, Britain, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, South Korea, Spain, Sweden and the United States.
Still these countries import "made in China" items and their population uses these items daily.

I wonder why the Chinese are invoking the Toshiba story every now and then, Toshiba wasn't dismantled by the US, the company was caught in an accounting scandal which pretty much damaged their reputation and investors pulling out quickly, to make things worse there had been faulty products made by Toshiba which had to be recalled costing it millions of dollars, their subsidiaries in Japan were sold off to cover for the loss. Then in 2017, it's subsidiary, Westinghouse went bankrupt and Toshiba was involved after another accounting discrepancy. It looks like Toshiba was in the mess of their own making, not the US made.

. .
I can bet the survey is rigged. Typical lowlife trick.
I am in Australia at the moment. I can easily count 10 items around me where im sitting which i ordered from local Aussie companies but they carry the "Made in China" tag.
