Of course it is NS and SS. IK and Mullah had diarrhea due to eating bad food at the protests which lack proper sanitation. Guess what? both IK and Mullah blamed the Bacteria from the bad food to have come from NS and SS.
Some people got sick by rain and cold in Islamabad, guess what? They said that NS and SS sent the rain and made it stay on top of the protest. Another abuse of Godly powers that NS and SS have.
Oh and they have NOTHING to do, just focus their energies on two failed and used people called IK and Mullah with NO face saving left and embarrassment across the country. But yet, he'll "unmask" the murderers like he "unmasked" the corruption and rigging without proofs.

I "unmask" IK and Mullah as mentally challenged who need hospitalization and Lithium and Seroquel twice a day. Unlike these two, I am willing to stand behind my argument and I'll pay for their psychiatric evaluation and they'll be sent to rehab guaranteed.
