As far as their demands are legitimate, then sure they have the right. Everything will come down to the ideology behind such protest / movement. Prime Minister's yesterday speech and his announcement of creating a judicial commission for election rigging investigation is a testament that the 2013 elections are now deemed controversial by everyone, including the ruling party.

Now a controversial election is after all controversial, it has no credibility. Hence the govt formed after such elections also has no credibility so it should resign immediately. PTI's demands are valid.

OK and who will select this care taker government?

and what will the nation do about current projects foreign relations until then?

secondly how much power will this care taker government have? i mean their decisions would be accepted or rejected like dogar court?

Such caretaker setups have been formed in several countries in past, so we have a lot of examples to study from. The care taker govt will be formed either after consensus among all stake holders or can be formed by judges and technocrats. This can be sorted out later in a few national meetings.

Current projects will continue, or can be put on hold for short period of time.

Care taker setup will have limited powers, their objectives should be:

- to run the current projects as they are without meddling with them
- to do completely fair audit of elections and make all the findings public without any scrutiny
- to make ammendments in constitution to facilitate any sort of election reforms and ECP (if needed)
- to introduce completely new electronic system, conduct test polls and finally fully implement this new system
- to finally hold new elections if rigging is proved and 2013 elections are declared null and void, otherwise transfer of power back to PML-N govt.

I for what I understand from the situation with out taking sides. As a neutral, I say it's not a situation that will give u the happy ending. I still hope I am wrong. May Allah save my country.

Creating the commission is a political concession. Nobody can deem the whole election controversial simply because a judicial commission has been appointed, unless the formal report concludes that, which has NOT happened yet.
