Absolutely right Sir. We should try again the new Marshal Law Plus plan in which would be different from the 4 Marshal Law tenures. Our new Marshal law administrator will be most honest and devoted person unlike the previous ones who will manufacture and enforce FOURTH constitution in our 75 years of history in order to bring new judicial and political system.
We shall make new efforts to convince all the political parties involved to reach an agreement about the contentious issues Just like Bhutto did while drafting 1973 constitution. We shall make new efforts for convincing people of all provinces to get agreed on this document. We will make new efforts of gradual process of lawmaking or amendments.
In an era where the crippled economy along with provincialism, sectarianism, religious intolerance or political distrust is on the highest level, we shouldn't be worried about about the consequences if the document is rejected in referendum in conducted in provinces (which can be a result of political or religious manipulation). We shouldn't be worried about the consequences if politicians refuse to play "constructive role in the entire process." We shouldn't be worried about the nightmarish situation when things (such as a constitutional assembly needing to act in its other role as legislature, political wrangling, wars, or natural calamities) delay matters so that patience is exhausted, deadlines are missed, money runs out, and so forth.
Finally, what happens to the situation when after all those obstacles, finally the constitution is adopted but once again gets suspended via coup for being declared just a piece of paper..? .:
