its about independent foreign policy not type of system.
India has frozen him out because of his immaturity. He used to tweet continously against India from his official account but India did not acknowledge him even once.

India's not on IK's mind, which is why India was mostly ignored since he came to power. In fact, the one time he did pay attention to India was when Modi foolishly attacked Pakistan due to elections, forcing IK to turn his attention towards India.

As for Nawaz and Musharraf, Pakistan actually punished the two, where as in India leaders simply get away with everything and no one bats an eye. Pakistani at least try and go after their corrupt leaders.

As a generalism, I must admit Pakistanis are far more generous and big hearted people than my fellow Indians and far more introspective and self-critical as well, as and when the occasion demands. Relationship with anyone mostly depends on give and take - out side from family Or nation.
If Pakistan gets stuck on only kashmir and not willing to move forward than no one interested from India to talk to Pakistan..
