Simply, let free and fair elections happen. Imran Khan will win a majority, let him complete his 4 year term. Let fauj focus on their role which is external and internal defence of the country's ideology.

In that period, any changes he makes for better or worse will still pull country into the right direction. And in time our democratic system will become strong enough to steer us in the direction the awam wants us to go in. If IK is not good, he will not come back in next election.

Democracies take time to grow. We have either had a dictatorship or hybrid democracy. And the hybrid democracies hurt us the most. Pick one and stick by it.

Excuse me, but you are talking not about Bajwa alone or convicted criminals but a blanket ban right. Which btw would not be a law anyways as it will never pass in the parliament but your idea is based on segregation, bias and perhaps emotions. A son of a retired captain cant go to university outside under your idea right? Maybe all Pakistanis should be banned then from going out of the country as majority of them are chooors or haram khoors in one way or another and a detriment to Pakistan.
