I am against it as a Karachite.

As a ranking of things one could do in increasing order or sense:-

1) Remove bureaucracy from Sindh which even blocks the supposed 40% urban quota to be filled

2) remove urban quota limit period in Sindh

3) increase merit quotas from 0% to 50% and decrease provincial quotas to 50%

4) remove provincial quotas altogether and make it all on merit

Totally against 100% one ethnicity or ethnic favoritism of any kind.

No quotas, 100% merit. Pakistan has been ruined by uneducated people filling up every government department. No more.
