For Bani Gala to become PM house, IK will have to surrender it to State of Pakistan. It cannot be one time use, it will remain Pakistan government property thereafter.

What about President house being shared with PM, Speaker, Interior Minister and Defense Minister etc. it will save even more cost plus all required security arrangements are already there?

Proper dress codes and meeting protocols should be fullfilled.

Dignitaries are coming and Pakistan’s image should go extremely good and clean towards all who come to meet whether inside Pakistan or outside.

Multipurpose Museum? History, culture, architecture, lok virsa, bring the things hidden in Quaid's tomb museum to this new museum for public seeing and education.

For all those who are debating on whether the PM house can be converted into uni or something else, please note that we will be saving MILLIONS only be not having someone living there. The running expense of the property is in millions. Even if we just keep it empty and spend minimum on the maintenance (to keep it in shape) we will be saving millions!!

Turning it into something can come later when security situation improves. I am not an old baba je and i remember the time when we can walk up to the gate of PM house, parliament, supreme court, even go inside the laws etc. If it have changed from that to current form in a few years, it can change back as well.

Depends on discipline level really FAST uni is better than Wafaki Urdu so you no cant be ruled out
