You are talking about the core of a tumor which will not go that easily. They runs through system undetected like cancer and 70% people involved in the system are not ready to bring some change. Speaking of Police especially in Sindh, there is no word to describe but SORRY.

This shows inexperience of IK with governing system .... and it was the same thing highlighted by Sicilian Mafia most during their campaign against IK, so we the voter and supporter of PTI were aware of it and its not surprise for us ..... what hurt us most is somewhat compromising and unnecessarily humbling attitude .... because of this opposition and bureaucracy are taking him for granted ....

What he is missing is that its not the psych of our politicians and government employees (yaap alll government employees even to the lowest cadre) to take humbleness as virtue but as sign of weakness .....

IK was never humble as the captain of the cricket team. He used to take strong decisions and actions and hence all team members including the biggest bookie boys like Wasim Akram etc used to stay on course. I don't how and when his character twisted and this pathetic procrastination sat in.

Caliph Umar used to be pretty humble in his private life and would sleep on the ground on a rough rug with bare back but he was so strong administratively that he removed Khalid bin Waleed from the command during the war and hand it over to another companion of Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) and still the Islamic army won the war.
So humility in personal life and strength of characters and strong actions can go hand in hand beautifully.

On paper Pakistan has Parlimentary constitution,but people vote on the basis of presidential constitution.My father voted for PTI but the candidate from our area previously was a PPP member,so he voted saying that atleast IK is honest and maybe he has somewhat trickle down effect.Last year he lost so he now changed his party and won the election.People think that they are powering IK but they are giving power to these corrut people.Pakistan has 40% illiterate people but if you talk about politics add another 30%.But dont understand the basic of politics.The people are easily swayed the political rhetoric so IK has to tread very carefully otherwise he will be kicked out just like NS.

And I know a lot of people who voted ppp candidate but they were and are Imran Khan supporters
In most of the areas same candidates are winning since 2002 some contest independently and later join winning party
Party tickets are of no value especially in southern Punjab
