sorry that has nothing to do with anything
the so called jihad with foreign elements in Pakistan will end if we withdraw from amreeka's war. that cancer is removed when they can no longer brainwash the people into thinking PA is acting as mercenaries for the US.
under no explanation it is justifiable that a rag tag organisation pick arms against the state. The only answer to this menace is a crushing blow to terrorist. No negotiation with criminals, take no quarter give none! Please keep your jamati and tableegi jehad lectures to yourself.
as for resources, there are plenty here. you can look up the statistics of estimated reserves in mineral, coal, gold and iron ore etc. deposits. conservatively, it numbers well into the hundreds of billions. we just can't extract it because of corrupt leaders and the chaos they've created all over.
Selling resources is neither a smart economic plan nor sustainable. Beside Pakistan wont be able to feed 200 million people even if it were to become Saudi Arabia of oil. Investing into people and sustainable development is the way to the future. We just cant extract it because they are not viable / feasible....period..not everything can be blamed on corrupt leaders. Trust me if those resources were viable the same corrupt leaders would champion the cause of their extraction...Even the so called gold Pakistan posses at Riko Deq is found among the hard stone which must be grinded first and then extracted..a very expensive process and not very economical with the current gold prices.
why do some think that industrialization and an islamic system of governance are mutually exclusive? the economic policy, so long as it benefits the people not deprive them, can very much include rapid industrialization and growth in manufacturing. but this can only be done when you have a just system, free from exploitation and corruption, which is best achieved with the system proposed by Imran.
Show me one country which is following Islamic system and its considered a leading force in industrialized world? I can show you the opposites more than required!
Zia was the one who brought In all this terrorism and sectarian violence.
Moreover, my impression of patriotism is not licking Saudi Arabians feet, which Zia did to the max. Thanks to him, Pakistan got Wahhabi teaching.
Musharraf was just trying to eradicate what Zia started. Musharraf had to join WOT because it was the only way Pakistan would be safe from a US invasion.
Also, If The people of KPK think Pakistan Army is agrgressor when they send artillery strikes, jet fire, Helis, then I wonder what they think when TTP blows their villages and houses up? Is this Pashtun nationalism? Pashtun > Pakistan?
Bhutto with his Islamic socialism laid the first brick and the country when into downward spiral right after that..So now Imran trying to prime up the same Islamic socialism send shivers down my spine!
The flood of willing refugees was reduced to a mere trickle by imposing visas and closing the borders to refugges who wanted to cross over thus stranding them in India. That is the biggest abandonment.
And that was a good thing or else the entire Pakistan would have become consumed by MQM. Immigration to Pakistan was the right of people who benefited Pakistan, not those who came to hoard on job and economic benefits!
