Oh dang. I just understood the whole case and tactics by the IHC CJ and this is an even bigger of a farce than I thought before.

How the heck is this even a case when not even a single point of law is completed?

And wtf was the CJ doing? Unprofessional.

And the ECP lawyer who got a conviction in the ADSJ court is now saying give me time to prepare? To phir tunay pooray case main kia kia hai? Oh yeah, it as the ADSJ who was serving as the prosecution, not you.

Convicted Chairman of PTI has shown mistrust on who High Court of Islamabad!!

He is complaining against CJ IHC for misusing his power as Master of Roster to form benches hostile to IK. PML-N has, in the past, made same allegations against CJP Bandial. PMLN made laws to clip these powers of CJs, but PTI went against these laws in SC which subsequently struck down these laws. PTI should blame itself for its misery.

When N league had complaints with a few judges due to their connections or whatever, they also recused I believe.

When the same case was under hearing in the trial court, they used every delaying tactic, sometimes the lawyer did not appear, sometimes the accused, for many months the charge could not be filed.Now the counsel of the Election Commission of the opposite party has asked for respite and if he did not appear in the court one day, his screams came out.

The bail petitions were for pre-arrest bail, how can a per-aresst bail be granted after imprisonment?? They should apply now for post-arrest bail.

The judge contended that the accused be presented in court in person, lawyers said he cannot come since he is in jail.
