Everyone knows the Chief Justice IHC, Amir Farooq is a stooge, a snitch of the Neutral Duffers. Pliable and corrupt, manipulative, a sold out Judge.

And his plan as per the orders of the Neutral Duffers is to keep dagging the ToshaKhana case, as a judgement against the appeal by the PTI lawyers makes sure this can be taken to the supreme court.

So this shameless CJ IHC doesn't gives any judgement, not in favor and not against it, and keeps it lingering and dragging without any result, in limbo.

Resulting in more time, longer period for Imran Khan at Attock jail.

He is complaining against CJ IHC for misusing his power as Master of Roster to form benches hostile to IK. PML-N has, in the past, made same allegations against CJP Bandial. PMLN made laws to clip these powers of CJs, but PTI went against these laws in SC which subsequently struck down these laws. PTI should blame itself for its misery.
