As per Islamic laws, the paternity will not be established to the adulterer but to the husband if married. If unmarried, the child will be attributed to her.

whether sita white was married or not, and assuming that this girl is IK's illegitimate child. As per Islamic laws, neither the paternity is established towards IK nor he has to own it.

If you have doubts regarding this, visit a qualified Scholar of Islam and let me know what is the Islamic stance on this.

ECP is trying their best for PML-N, first the RTS fiasco which probably cost PTI some seats and now conditional oath taking. If ECP/PML-N think they can block Imran Khan from becoming PM with these type of shenanigans then they are way over their head.

She was not married (Seeta White) and she was not Muslims even not the citizen of any Islamic country so the law of land apply which declared her his daughter.
