Recent Russian gestures towards Pakistan show that the country wants to build a new and strong relationship with Pakistan. According to a recent published report in Pakistani media, Russia and China have offered to help Pakistan build new nuclear power plants under the supervision of IAEA. They would also assist Pakistan in seeking technical cooperation from the Nuclear Suppliers' Group on the pattern of the US-India deal.

At a recent SCO conference Pakistan and Russia agreed to enhance bilateral relation in various fields and work together for regional cooperation.

I am going to post the same thing I posted in the last Russian-Pak thread.

To be honest the hell with this offer, I totally reject it.

And all you Pakistanis who are happy about this deal, are truly sad saps and pathetic, who are always beggars for foreign assistance. When a country offers you AID or money and technical assistance to build and support you, you forget about the crimes this country has perpetrated against you and your brothers.

The Pakistanis who appreciate this offer are naive tools being used.

I reject this offer, Russia we don't need your help, thanks but no thanks.

Help yourself, believe in our Nuclear Scientist! It was they and the mighty Military who saved us from the Nuclear threats we faced from foreign and regional powers, and InshAllah it is they along with other helpful Pakistanis/Muslims who will build domestic Nuclear plants.

The reason we have such difficulty building our own plants, is because we are not pushing our talent and intelligentsia enough, we must make a call to our Scientist to rise to the country's challenges and face them head on. Do what must be done! Instead of always relying on a foreign power to lift you up and give you things.

Pushing your OWN nation's capability is the WAY, stop thinking temporary, by receiving foreign help, if we are to ever see a Pakistan that can bear it's own fruits and provide for it's own self, it will be through struggle, not through foreign loans, assistance, and help, we are Not Africa!

That's what I think!

You need some sort of infrastructure to build nuclear plants. We don't have infrastructure. We can ask China for plants and learn from it.
