Impact of star plus on our generation

mulana says "...hinduo se and hindu majhab se hamari jo nafarat hai wo kam hoti chali jayegi..."

Transalation: "...our hate towards hindus and hindu's religion will gradually vanish..."

Why you guyz use J instead of Z.. MaJhab, GhaJal... I am guessing hindi doesn't have Z sound?

we dont hate your culture and tradition, we just want to ignore it because your hindu culture is not appropriate according to our value and we want to preserve our own cultures, btw the culture which are chown in star plus or indian cinemas doesnt represent hindu culture some indian said here in this forum.

I agree!! :tup::tup:

This is really naive and stupid in my opinion to say watching a particular channel impacts a generation.....If that were so then watching "Star wars","X-men","friends" etc...etc...should hv had a lot more impact on the audiences than the so called channel.........Also to call it Hiindu culture bein portrayed is hilarious to say the least.....and ny ways these channels are loosing their TRP's in India itself so they would probably make changes.

Also if someone hasn't realized please check the "warning" issued before the start of any program where its always mentioned that characters don't depict any living/dead and are completely fiction based than anything else.....

Geez, I remember a time when Star Plus used to air programs in English. Many were good programs and watchable. hehe, my old man wouldnt let us watch TV and so did not get the 'cable connection'. So we used to 'hack the cable' and watch Star Plus all day when dad went to work. Those were good ol' times.
But stopped watching Star Plus once it got contaminated by that eeeekkkktaaa's saas bahu sabhyata sanskar travesty.

ahahahaa...same here; during highschool days, that was my hobby:cheesy:. but instead of dad, it was my mom who protested against cable. the funny thing is, she took cable connection when I went overseas.:cry:

good ole days!:lol:
