Getting a job should be on merit and nothing else.

This is not corruption.....it is just using your good offices to get someone a job, whom you think deserves it. This young lad deserves this job & if I'm in a position to help him, I'd gladly do it. I'm sure his father would have done the same thing if he was in that position & my son was the candidate.
