that is called Short Service commission one can only apply for it after Masters

No brother I didn't give up. Anybody can't attend ISSB before 5 years after 2 rejection (Red card). And I lost my last hope because I studied in privet university, but they prefer public university B.Sc for short service commission (SSC). My bad luck, bty thanks brother.
