IIT-Kanpur student gets Rs 1.5 crore offer from Microsoft

This stand very true for now since India lack work ethics compared to west or even east Asian countries. But if talent stays outside its no use for India or Indians living in India anyways. My only and only worry is how we see India in next hundred or 2 hundred years if India keep losing extremely exceptional, talented god gifted people :-).

You do not change by making your own countrymen prisoners in India. The only way, just possible, is for fellow Indians and their political masters to see people who would have been slowly ground down and destroyed by mediocrity to flower and succeed on foreign soil.

Fact: You do not change by losing talent to other countries either. The only way is high quality education and encouraging extremely talented people to opt for teaching for the sake of future of this country. Thats the correct way to change.

Although you have changed your goalpost entirely from brain drain being good for India to it setting an example for Indians and politicians to see what went wrong with the Indian education system. But you didn't noticed that its not working, infact its being cheered and thats exactly what I am against.
