1. 200,000 US soldiers KIA, 4,000 British soldiers KIA, 10,000 Ukrainian Right Sector volunteers KIA, 100,000 Russian soldiers and volunteers KIA. These are the biggest casualties. Since Germany and France each deployed only 20,000 soldiers and barely fought, their casualties are negligible. US has heavy losses due to far away from home. Russian losses relatively light due to WIA rushed to Russian hospitals.

2. The US loses practically its entire air force and navy.

3. The US president is impeached and his party is abolished with the remnant named the Opposition Bloc. The US becomes a 1 party dictatorship.

4. Poroshenko who, by that time, had became a dictator, imposed martial law in Ukraine, cancelled all elections, is arrested, tried, and faces the same fate as Saddam. The Opposition Bloc comes to power in Ukraine and restores ties with Russia.

5. Just like during the final days of WW2 when the USSR invaded and annexed back Sakhalin and Kurils, during the final days of the war, Russia invades and annexes back Alaska, southern Ukraine including Odessa oblast, eastern Ukraine including Kharkov oblast.

After the 4 years long war, Russia and China replace the US as the dominant powers of the world, just as after WW2 the US replaced Britain and France as the dominant power of the world.
