This is a wonderful Idea.

We should also have reservation in our families. At least 50% of all our family members should be SC/ST or OBC. That is the only way we can have equality. 15% of every family in India should be muslim too.

Rahul Gandhi is currently looking for a Dalit wife. His children will be muslims, just so that they can be secular.

I totally support this move. Not only private companies, private lives should also come under its ambit. I suggest a Ministry for Sects and Caste Division. If this fails, India should be divided into hundreds and thousands of parts - each for each sect/cast etc.

Also divide the Army and the Ministers, Land and currency on the basis of reservation.
