If new elections are called in the result of long march or inqalab march and if these elections are free and fair than which party do you think would get most seats? Being more specific would IK be able to form Govt?

PMLN has a huge support not just in major cities of Punjab but also in rural areas. The only difference would be that PPP would gain few major seats for its high profile leaders like Gillani and raja parvez ashraf. Also, in my opinion, PMLN will have a tough time competing against PTI in Lahore on some seats. Other than that, PMLN will still win with a decent majority. Also, PTI will be wiped out from KPK and ANP will take its place. Balochistan will remain the same, in fact, PMLN might win few more seats because of some initiatives it took that were very positive. In karachi, MQM will clean sweep and PPP will clean sweep sindh. So yeah, If Imran is smart, he wouldnt call for fresh elections.

parliament should be suspended and technocrats should be put into power....non partisan ones for the time being

it may be more complicated than that - but this is the most ideal thing, in the event that this disastrous govt, is shown the exit door

Under same electoral system there will be not much of a change, except PTI losing out on many seats and same faces will come and sit in parliament. However, if reforms which TuQ is proposing are adopted. Pakistan is heading for prosperity no doubt. New blood will flow in.
