Massive rift of power between democratic institution vs judiciary. Good news for PMLN, that's why they backoff from mid term election or removing IK.If Justice Qazi Faiz Isa become CJ of Pakistan than can he be the part of bench to listen cases against PM Khan?
Everyone know he will be biased and can he listen to the cases or petition against PM khan when if he comes CJ?
that's not why pmln backed off...they backed off because they were getting no support from pee pee pee and plus, the rift between the junior and senior noora brathraan and their children, namely the retarded cousins daku naani and ghumzada shahbaz.Massive rift of power between democratic institution vs judiciary. Pakistan is the only country in the world where CJ and other appointments are done by Judges themselves. Otherwise, all judge's selection is the job of govt. A gift of Iftikhar Ch Ex CJ with the massive support of PMLn.Can PTI rise objection for Qazi to listening the case and as protest their lawyer do not attend the case until Qazi recuses himself in the case?
not true. it's done based on seniority.Pakistan is the only country in the world where CJ and other appointments are done by Judges themselves. Otherwise, all judge's selection is the job of govt. A gift of Iftikhar Ch Ex CJ with the massive support of PMLn.
what are the long list of crimes you cretin? Why not? and it will be quite interesting scenario, considering the list of IK crimes would be looooooooooooooong.
In the US SC judges are appointed by the President of the states. But not judges themselves. So, Fiaz Isa is coming through the supreme judicial council, not from govt.not true. it's done based on seniority.
negative again. I'm the u.s. the sc cj is nominated by the president but he or she has to get approved by the senate committee where the nominee gets grilled openly in front of the camera. In the US SC judges are appointed by the President of the states. Yes, still appointed by elected bodies. Not by judges body.negative again. I'm the u.s. the sc cj is nominated by the president but he or she has to get approved by the senate committee where the nominee gets grilled openly in front of the camera.
automatic promotion based on seniority of service isn't by fellow judges, it is a per the constitution of Pakistan...but even that, I do agree with you that it is wrong. a sc judge, whether cj or otherwise, has to be thoroughly hammered and interviewed by a committee like the senate and also the defence establishment before they can be appointed. In fact this entire concept of going to law school directly after fa or fsc is just plain retarded. no where is it done anywhere in any country worth mentioning...all developed countries require a bachelors degree FIRST before you can even apply to a law school. on top of that, after graduating, you either become a judge or an attorney...they are not allowed to change fields without a few years time gap due to risks of conflict of interests.Yes, still appointed by elected bodies. Not by judges body.
It's the corrupt system. BA, LLB ...from Lalo Khat ... qualify for the judge. We still have qualified judges in SC and foriegn graduates, god knows what happened after 10 years. When the street power comes in as judge.automatic promotion based on seniority of service isn't by fellow judges, it is a per the constitution of Pakistan...but even that, I do agree with you that it is wrong. a sc judge, whether cj or otherwise, has to be thoroughly hammered and interviewed by a committee like the senate and also the defence establishment before they can be appointed.
