What's new

If Jinnah could see Pakistan today, what would he say?

I think Jinnah (R.A) knew what Pakistan would go through at first before to establish itself as settled nation. No nation can progress overnight. It takes time. And Jinnah (R.A) was the man of wisdom with long foresight. Precisely why he rejected temporary ruling of Hindustan in favor of separate Muslim state for Muslims in the long run.

And he was personally visited by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in dreams where he was ordered to go back to Indian Muslim people for Pakistan, so he knew Pakistan was going to be reality hence he was rather spiritually motivated. And maybe little glimpse of unseen future he may have foreseen like Allama Iqbal (R.A) who left the veiled hint in the poetry about the future of Pakistan.

So to surmise, Greater Pakistan is around the corner and Greater Pakistan cannot become reality without blood sacrifice. So both the executor and visionary knew the price of Greater Pakistan at greater expense according to my opinions based on my personal research.

And where did you get the information that the Prophet Muhammad (saw) visited the Quaid-e-azam in his dreams.

Do you have any proof to back that up?

What is that even supposed to mean? A deeply prejudiced corrupt-to-the-core DG Rangers who's more interested in running his private businesses in Karachi than maintain law and order in the city, has the nerve to sprout this nonsense and you guys being blind military work shippers would praise him and repeat it, to infinity?

Most probably, he would ask the rest of you, to become Pakistanis first, rather than point your fingers at people who have sacrificed more for this country, than you ever could.
That was a really dip$hit comment by the DG rangers(and echoed by this one as well).

I don't know what he would say, however, I know this, twitter accounts of certain 'Establishment walay" would make him eat his own words....

And I don't want to quote M.A. Jinnah R.I.P (by the way not rest in Pakistan) here........ let the great man have his peace in death.

The closest ideals are those in Anwar Maqsood's plays.. very very close in my view.

If Muhammad Ali Jinnah came back from the grave

1) He would be happy to know that his bete noire congress party is on its death bed in India.

2) He would be sad that East Bengal where the voice for Pakistan was born is no longer Pakistan

3) He would be sad to know that his main supporters in Sindh do not have a voice while the unionists of Punjab have hijacked his party

4) He would be ecstatic to know that the decedents of his opponents in KPK and Kalat have been a brutally suppressed by PA.

I would not give it up yet, I thought it was bad during PPP times , but there 200 million out there and still many who still weep for this them and this land- as long as they weep , guided or unguided(generally more dangerous like unguided projectiles).. there is hope.

I would say watch this play.. its funny to those who think a few meters deep.. and horrifying & tear jerking to those that go deeper.

According to the various reports quoting the testimony that knew Jinnah (R.A) during that time. Some people believe it and some don't. Personally, i do given the timing and the creation of Pakistan [Ramadan] in such manner is nothing short of miracle.

No way he'll be back to this Dunya!! But, Ahiret is there!!! And, there'll be the Mahkeme-I Kubra!!!! Only very very few Zats will be honored to intercede/plead/defend etc. on behalf of others. I wonder whether Rahmetli Jinnnah will be of them!!!! Will he able to successfully defend for the most critical and miserable and dire cases like he used to do during his period in this Dunya???? Seni seviyorum savunan adam ...

He was a doer. A Statesman of the highest order, A True Leader of a simple people from a simpler time of extreme hardship and despite all odds stacked against him, The Founder of a New Ideological Nation. I doubt he'd say anything negative.

He'd remind his advice of Unity, Faith and Discipline - specially in support of Justice to root out the current United, Fathers and Disciples of the corrupt to the core ruling elite across the board.

He'd acknowledge that Mushkilain itni paren ham pay k aasan ho gaen

He'd encourage that Paywasta reh shajar sa umeed-e-bahar rakh

Straight shooter,

He would be happy to know that his bete noire congress party is on its death bed in India.

Also he wud be happy to see that the same congress has now become the (new) Muslim League of India.

Regards

Considering if he was alive today and suddenly appeared out of no where

a) Being a Lawyer , he would be shocked at the abuse of Constitution in Pakistan and abuse to protect rich class
b) He would be suprised that he Agricultural warlords still have land granted to them of british raj
c) Then he would be suprised why his sister lost election to Ayub Khan while being very popular with people
d) He would be suprised that Muslim league name brand was lost and fake politicians stole it's name calling it
variation names.
e) Qauid-e Azam would be shocked to see the horrible state of Karachi and would be sadended by neglect
by Governers of PPP
f) He would be suprised how badly dressed people of Pakistan have become from days of the pre partition days
g) He would be certainly be suprised to run across Tablighi Jamaat Gundas
h) He would be suprised that Pakistan still has just four provinces and he would be quite angry with the whole bangladesh angle no doubt and Bhutto clan's role in chaos
i) He would be shocked to see Pakistan Railways has not changed in last 70 years still the same, specially after he views the train which run in China or Japan
j) He would be shocked at the grafiti on roads and garbage in streets , considering how well cleaned the British regions were and how clean paint was used on all walls

Keeping it real people keeping it real , not sugar coating it take it or leave it

creation of pakistan is as much a miracle as creation of israel, south sudan or singapore.. it can be perfectly justified by the series of event that happened before. Archival documents in UK suggests that a big chunk of westminster establishment wanted to keep a foothold in south asia to keep soviets at bay.(and jinnah was in private talk with churchil). This is obviously just one part of the story.
Curiously Jinnah agreed to a Indian union with self rule for muslim bits in the conference(forgot when it happened but around 46ish) which congress rejected. That pretty much sealed the fate for division of british India.

Jinnah (R.A) didn't. And if anything, he was offered temporarily ruling over Hindustan through Hindu-dominated political party aka Congress which at the time was desperate to not afford to break the nation into two which Jinnah (R.A) was clamoring for as separate Muslim nation.

It doesn't make sense for Jinnah (R.A) for agree in the last min after the environment [Hindu extremist] proved hostile for Jinnah (R.A) to clamor for separate Muslim state taking the long run of Muslim population into the account which proved useful at last. And it all started with Allama Iqbal (R.A) who too was under the delusion of Hindustan where Muslims and Hindus can live together with peace and harmony until reality forced him to deal otherwise. Same case for Jinnah (R.A) as the situation made case for him eventually which encouraged him to execute the vision of Allama Iqbal (R.A) at last; Pakistan.

But of course, you have your source and we have our.
